Refund Agreement

Welcome to 1024Proxy. We are committed to providing every customer with the world's most professional residential proxy IP services. Before you start using our services, please be sure to read the following refund agreement in detail.

I. Dispute Resolution Process

Any dispute arising from the use of 1024Proxy shall be resolved in accordance with the following dispute resolution process: If you have any questions or disputes regarding our services, please contact the 1024Proxy customer support team via email at [email protected]. Our after-sales service team will provide you with 24-hour assistance and answer questions related to, including but not limited to, refunds and cancellations.

II. Refunds and Proxy Remediation Measures

1.1 Refunds and Proxy Remediation Measures
Since the services provided by 1024Proxy are primarily intangible and irrevocable global proxy services, we do not offer direct refund services after an order is confirmed and the service is delivered. At the same time, we also take into account unforeseen issues that may arise during the service process, for which we have specially introduced proxy remediation measures.

1.2 Proxy Remediation Measures
Due to the uncertainty of proxy IPs, we provide free services for IPs that cannot be used normally. For example, when you retrieve a proxy IP that is unusable or of extremely poor quality, upon receiving your feedback, we will refund the balance to your account without deducting any fees. We only charge for IPs that can operate normally.

1.3 Circumstances Where Refunds Are Not Granted

Since the services provided by 1024Proxy do not involve physical transportation, there is no issue of return shipping costs.
